The Bandido - 4'-8" to 5' -8"
This little groveler shape is loose and skatey, designed for the open face and flying out of the pocket. The flat rocker gives it drive and speed while the pulled in tail allows the board to turn very quickly.
The Special Ops - 5'-4" to 6'-6"
Blending some performance aspects with a retro style profile, this is a great all around board. The rocker is relatively flat making for really easy paddling but the small concave in the nose still allows for proper lift on late drops and steeper face waves. The rounded gradual pin tail is very drivey and responsive while the volume forward and flat rocker make speeding though barrels and open face cut backs easy. The single concave leading into a double V allow the board to generate a lot of drive on a steeper face and add a lot of control on a more open face.
Vato Loco - 5'-3" to 6'-6"
Packed with more volume than meets the eye, this board is not your typical performance shortboard. This shape is meant for medium to overhead waves. The rocker is mellow making the board fly on an open faced wave and making for easier paddling. The thinner squash tail keeps the tail loose and easy to get around on turns. The single concave through the chest section of the board leading through the tail creates lift, speed and makes it easy to go rail to rail and turn. This is a great board for you home break but can hold up in much larger waves making it a good option to travel with.
The Fish - 5'-2" to 6'-6"
Speed, control and flow are the key concepts to this board. With its width, volume and rocker it makes this shape perfect for smaller waves. Yet the pulled in tail allows for sharp top to bottom turns. Typically ridden as a twin, the board is very reminiscent of a traditional fish but there is a simple double v which allows for the board to plane and generate more speed in dicey sections. The nose is very foiled out unlike most fish shapes to keep the front agile, skatey and playful.
The Egg Shape - 6'-0" to 8'-0"
This is a great small to medium wave board that is at home on open faced waves or point breaks. Speed is generated with the rounded hull and smooth profile. Yet is has a very responsive tail with the pulled in profile and double concave out the back. Thi is a great retro shape that trims like a dream yet has some performance aspects that allow it to hold up on steeper face as well. Trimming and drawings big clean lines is what this board is made for. You’ll find parts of the wave you have never surfed before. Its foiled out rails make turning easy yet allow the board to hide a lot of volume in all of the right places.
